Please Read!

If you are commissioning a 3D render from me you MOST already have either, textures that go on a avatar base (from Gumroad, etc..), or their own 3D model! You must send me their textures or model if they have a custom one in order for me to make a render of them. This is REQUARED! If you do not have textures or a model i will have to decline your commission request.

I will NOT be making you a 3D model!!!!!

If you are commissioning me to paint a avatar for you, you MOST own the avatar base that you are wanting to have painted! You do not have to show me proof if you are only wanting the textures alone. If you are wanting textures alone you most have the model in order to use said textures of course but if you are wanting me to upload the avatar to Vrchat for you, you WILL have to show me proof that you bought the model before i can upload it for you.

Do NOT claim any renders or textures i make for you as your own.

I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason I may have.

Do NOT feed my art/designs to any AI programs.

You may post the artwork with credit to any of my social media (Toyhou.se, Kofi, Tiktok, etc..)

Altercations to the render such as cropping, adding text/borders, changing brightness/hue/saturation/etc are allowed.

You may request specific poses or scenes but please note that I may not be able to get it 100%.

Unless you specify not to, commissions will be posted on my socials with a watermark (you may choose to remain anonymous if you would like)

Depending on complexity of the texture, turnaround will be 2 days to a couple of weeks. Otherwise, I will contact you to inform of the status of the commission.

Minor altercations can be made to the render or texture after completion, but major changes will only be made if I missed something that was specified in the request stage of the commission.

Payment is upfront, refunds can be request within good reason but NOT after the render or textures have been completed.

Payment will be sent through PayPal or Kofi.

Renders and Textures can be sent through Discord, Toyhouse, or gmail. Just let me know what you prefer!

Do NOT remove credits.

Do NOT promote bigotry through my designs.

When commissioning a avatar texture from me, please provide a CLEAR AND UPDATED reference of your character(s). I do not do customs or work with descriptions alone, but I will use traditional references if they are easy to see and the colors are obvious. An edit or two is fine once I send you a wip, but I cannot keep editing the texture over and over again and spend hours trying to make it exactly perfect.
